Monica has been an Escrow for 30+ years. She is an upbeat and positive Professional who is skilled in a diversity of real estate transactions such as Short Sales, Refinances, 1031 Exchange, For Sale by Owner and of course, Traditional Resales.
Monica is highly-driven, an excellent problem solver and her ability to go above and beyond in every transaction ensures timely, accurate and smooth transactions. She believes communication is the key component in every escrow and her attentiveness to her clients and their needs, keeps them constantly informed and updated throughout the closing process.
Her FAMILY brings the most joy to her life, so when she is not working, she is having fun with her Husband and 2 sons. She enjoys being outside either at the beach or in her garden.

Kendra has been working in escrow for 20 years and has become proficient in refinances, residential, residential resales, bank-owned sales, short sales, FSBO’s and 1031 exchanges. She is constantly striving to give every client the best service available by going above and beyond to assist. Not wanting to meet your expectations but to exceed them.
When she is not working, she enjoys her time with family and friends. A concert goer, musical/theater lover, enjoying a museum visit, and a board/card game enthusiast.
